Our Story

Kyle Rozycki is the founder of Kyle’s Cakes N’at, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He’s felt comfortable in the kitchen ever since his childhood. Growing up in Berks County, PA, Kyle was cooking alongside his grandparents, parents, and aunts and uncles for parties and holidays, working alongside his mother in her concession business as a teenager, and as a young boy, even won first place in a Berks county-wide baking contest in the dessert category for what else?!—a cheesecake. Since then, his love and appreciation of great food has grown tremendously. He loves to cook and bake for anyone willing to eat.

In adulthood, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in history but spent most of his free time cooking dinners and baking custom cheesecakes for family and friends, until they urged him to pursue his true passion.

Kyle is the chief baker at Kyle’s Cakes N’at and makes every effort to create top quality cheesecakes, from scratch, out of our Pittsburgh commercial kitchen.
