Pittsburgh Delivery

Our curbside delivery area is within 15 miles of the 15206 zip code area of Pittsburgh.

If your address is eligible, the delivery option will be available at checkout.

To pre-order a whole 9” cheesecake or pack of 3 mini 4” cheesecakes for Pittsburgh delivery, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Cheesecake Menu page on our website and make your selections by adding them to Your Cart. When your selections are complete, View Your Cart.
  2. Check-out by selecting the Checkout button.
  3. At checkout, enter your Shipping Address Information, select Delivery as your Shipping Method.
    If your address is eligible, the delivery option will show up at checkout. If your address is not eligible, the delivery option will not be available at checkout! A $5 delivery fee will be added to all local delivery orders.
  4. Continue to payment. Enter Payment Information.
  5. You will receive confirmation of your order.

Please note: if you are using an express form of checkout payment like GooglePay, ApplePay, MetaPay or PayPal, the Local Delivery option WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE to you at checkout. You’ll have to use a credit card or debit card.

Delivery Schedule:

Non-holiday delivery: Orders placed by noon (ET) on Wednesday will be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after noon (ET) on Wednesday will be delivered the following Saturday.

We do not deliver on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • Cheesecakes which have become inedible due to a customer’s failure to freeze or refrigerate upon delivery.
  • Delivery attempt made and customer failed to receive scheduled delivery. One second attempt will be made.

Due to the perishable nature of our cheesecakes, we recommend that someone be available to accept the delivery on the expected delivery day. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times.
