Shipping Policy

At Kyle’s Cakes N’at, we do everything we can to make sure every cheesecake arrives in good condition. If being shipped, we will freeze a cheesecake as soon as it is baked, shrink wrap it, and package it with dry ice in a styrofoam container to maintain freshness and minimize the risk of damage in transit. Due to the perishable nature of our cheesecakes, we only ship them next day delivery or 2-day delivery via UPS or USPS priority to most locations.

Shipping Costs and Limitations
Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight, size and destination zip code. Shipments of cheesecakes are only sent next day delivery or 2-day delivery within the continental 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We also do not ship internationally.

All UPS or USPS priority deliveries are designated for delivery without a signature requirement. We recommend, however, that someone be available to accept the shipment on the expected delivery day. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

Shipping is available Monday-Wednesday so that your cheesecake delivery will arrive before the weekend. UPS will not guarantee weekend deliveries, so all orders must be placed to arrive at their destination by Friday. On the rare occasion an order is shipped on a Thursday, it must be for overnight delivery or within the UPS 1-day shipping zone.

Issue Resolution
We do everything we can to ensure your cheesecake order is delivered on time and in good condition. However, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If there is any problem with your delivery, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please call us as soon as possible with any issues at 412-405-1575 or email us at info@kylescakesnat.com. We must be notified of any delivery issues within 5 business days of a shipping date to be able to resolve the problem. If we caused a problem with your order, we will make it right.

We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • Weather related delivery issues.
  • Cheesecakes which have become inedible due to a customer’s failure to freeze or refrigerate upon opening the package.
  • Cheesecakes not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at an address when someone is out of town).
  • Delivery problems beyond our control.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Orders
Due to the unusually large amount of orders placed for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we suggest ordering your cheesecakes as early as possible to ensure cheesecake availability. Due to the large number of packages being delivered during the holidays and unpredictable weather, UPS will not always guarantee on-time delivery during these holiday periods. The sooner your cheesecake is scheduled for delivery, the less likely it is that your order might be delayed.
