When will my cheesecake arrive?

Shipping Delivery Date

Due to the perishable nature of our cheesecakes, we only ship them next day delivery or 2-day delivery via UPS or USPS priority to most locations, Tuesday-Wednesday, to guarantee it will arrive by the weekend.

You have the option of selecting your recipient’s delivery date at checkout.

See our Shipping Policy for additional information. We do not ship or deliver packages on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

Pittsburgh Local Delivery Date

We  provide Local Delivery Tuesday-Friday between 9-10 am and 6-7 pm; before and after regular store hours; Saturdays between 2-3 pm. You have the option of selecting your delivery date and time window at checkout.

Zone 1- $10: up to a ten mile radius of our shop izip code 15209.

Zone 2- $15: from 11 to 15 mile radius of our shop zip code 15209.

Online orders will show the Local Delivery option at checkout if your delivery address is within Zone 1 or Zone 2.

We do not deliver on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

Pittsburgh In Store Pickup Date

We provide In-Store Pickup Tuesday-Saturday during regular store hours. You have the option of selecting your pickup date and pickup location at checkout. All orders must be placed by 2 pm two days prior to your pickup date. Example: All orders for Saturday pickup must be placed by Thursday at 2 pm.
