“Strawberry Pretzel Salad” is the potluck dish of Pittsburgh legend. It’s thought to have first shown its roots in the Brentwood Civic Club Cookbook of the 1960s. A beloved Pittsburgh dessert, we couldn’t resist turning it into a cheesecake! Fresh strawberries; strawberry Jell-o; our creamy classic cheesecake; and a salty, buttery, crunchy pretzel crust. It’s all topped with our scratch-made whipped cream and sprinkled with ground pretzels! Yum! This cheesecake flavor won’t be around long. It’s our July cake of the month.
